FINAL SALE POLICY: All items marked as final sale are non-refundable and cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. Price adjustments on previous purchases or partial refunds on final sale items are not available. Due to limited stock, items may sell out, and availability of items shown in promotional materials cannot be guaranteed. Limited and new releases are exempt from promotional offers. During promotional offers, discount stacking and the use of promotional codes are not permitted. Please verify the accuracy of your shipping and billing information before completing your order, as addresses cannot be modified once an order is placed. Promotional offers are valid for US residents only; international shipments are not available. Increased order processing and shipping times may occur during high sales volumes, and delays may occur after packages have left our warehouse due to factors beyond our control.

Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For information on where to find our products outside of the United States please email customerservice@orangecirclestudio.com.
We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email customerservice@orangecirclestudio.com with your name, order number, and request for a replacement. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) and we will reimburse you for your initial payment. For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Please include the Return Authorization form that was included in your package. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. It will be shipped out via USPS Ground, which estimates delivery within 7-10 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.

We do change our planner styles over time. If you don’t see your planner style listed on our website, it could mean that we have chosen to retire it and showcase new variations. We are confident you will find a new planner style you will like from this year's selection.
