What payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit card payments made with Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For information on where to find our products outside of the United States please email customerservice@orangecirclestudio.com.
What is the return policy?
We will replace damaged or defective items. Please email customerservice@orangecirclestudio.com with your name, order number, and request for a replacement.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) and we will reimburse you for your initial payment. For a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of purchase in original condition. Please include the Return Authorization form that was included in your package. We are not responsible for lost returns. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be processed. It will be shipped out via USPS Ground, which estimates delivery within 7-10 business days. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time.
When can I expect the release of new planners?
Our new planners are released in the summer months. Be the first to know about upcoming new products by signing up for our newsletter.
Why can't I find my favorite planner?
We do change our planner styles over time. If you don’t see your planner style listed on our website, it could mean that we have chosen to retire it and showcase new variations. We are confident you will find a new planner style you will like from this year's selection.
